SERGELHUSET
VASAKRONAN

Sergelhuset is a redevelopment and renovation project that has been ongoing in the heart of Stockholm city since 2017. The property, consisting of three building sections, is part of the larger urban development project Sergelstan. The development has focused on creating a space where people can thrive. The building is nearing completion and will feature new offices, event spaces, residences, restaurants, shops, and experiences.

The property will be environmentally certified according to LEED Platinum standards. The decision to renovate rather than demolish the entire block has been a key factor in achieving this certification.
